Mouse Models of Cryophrin Associated Periodic Syndromes

Technology Description: The inventors describe three different knock-in mice, each with a specific mutation associated with different disease phenotypes relating to cryopyrin associated periodic syndromes: familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome, Muckle Wells Syndrome, and neonatal onset multisystem inflammatory disease. These mouse models allow genetic studies of the human disease as well as to study pharmacologic compounds that may be useful for treatment.
