Disclosing Your Innovations

After your disclosure our office will work with you in an effort to find a suitable partner in commercialization of the invention. We work with you to:

  1. Broadly announce the availability of the innovation thereby providing equal opportunity access to all businesses.
  2. Utilize the inventor's referals as well as our own experience and contacts in the relevant industry to directly approach individuals in selected companies, on a "targeted" level.

The combined efforts of the researchers and our licensing officers will normally generate a list of targeted candidates from which we can solicit interest in developing the innovation into a useful product for the public.
