| Dr. Gelernt received his B.A. degree from Rutgers
University and a Ph.D.in Physical Chemistry from Temple
University. Post-doctoral research at Cambridge, England,
and York University (Toronto) was in gas-phase kinetics
and molecular spectroscopy.
Barry was process engineering manager in plasma processing
for Perkin-Elmer Corporation and ten years Director
of R&D for electronic materials at Air Products
& Chemicals Corp. |
